Gm my @prom_io tester frens and lovely crypto degens.
I want to share some statistics, comments and details of the Prom Validator Campaign. Why is it important to be a Validator and what will it contribute to the Prom ecosystem?
If the drinks and snacks are ready, let’s dive in
First of all, I want to explain one more time how to participate in the Validator campaign:
Head to the official @prom_io’s @zealy_io space, connect your wallet, create a Zealy account, and start completing tasks! Track your progress on the leaderboard and climb your way up to Validator status!
What is the importance of being a Prom Validator?
Validators are more than just members; they are the security committee of @prom_io DAO. They evaluate proposals that have passed initial voting, crucially guiding the project’s direction to align with its vision.
Validators receive a 2% share of total network fees, distributed equally. As network activity grows, so do your rewards.
Prom DAO Structure
There are 3 main models:
- Members:
All $PROM holders are eligible to become DAO members and engage in governance by voting. Members share a specific portion of the total quorum, with rewards based on their voting power and activity.
- Delegates:
Delegates are empowered by other $PROM holders who transfer their voting rights. These delegates use the delegated tokens to participate in the voting process.
- Validators:
Occupying a higher tier than Delegates and Members, Validators perform additional scrutiny and due diligence on proposals.
Let’s take a look at the current statistics of the Validator campaign:
- 220,000+ tasks were reviewed by the @prom_io team.
- There are 9 tasks per member on average.
And what about the current leaderboard?
Congratulations to the current top performers, but remember the campaign is not over yet. Anything can happen at any moment, so don’t give up. Keep completing the daily tasks!
